Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SessionOps AI(the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and not to misuse, abuse, or interfere with the Service or other users.

3. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment partners. Prices are shown in your billing currency; applicable taxes are added at checkout. Refunds follow the policy displayed at checkout and on our pricing page. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

4. AI usage

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. Usage beyond 110% of your plan's allowance is hard-blocked until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. We never silently bill you for overage.

5. Termination

You may terminate at any time from your billing dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAMUK Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
